This week, I got a new assignment.  The assignment was to write words to a song in Spanish.  There must be at least 12 key words, and they must be spelled in the song.  The song I wrote was based on the colors.  It goes through 11 of the colors, and says different things that are those colors.  I then recorded the words over a beat that I made.  This project helped improve my pronunciation of Spanish words.  It is nice that we can all listen to each others’ songs.  We can give each other advice by commenting in our posts.  I look forward to seeing what my classmates think of my song.  I also look forward to hearing how my song compares with my classmates’ songs.  This project was fun because I really like music.  Being able to combine music and practicing my Spanish helped me learn and make it much more enjoyable that just practicing in class.  This project has also helped me learn the Spanish alphabet.  I can pronounce all of the letters and spell words that I know in Spanish.
